Community Chef
Hi there,
I'm Chef Nicole Henry. This past February, I took a leap of faith and left my full-time job to follow my passion for becoming a community chef in my hometown of Evanston, IL.
I am currently fundraising to cover the startup costs of this new journey. These costs include essential expenses like licensing, certifications, permits, storage, equipment, and access to a shared kitchen space.
After covering these initial expenses, additional funds will be directed towards registration fees for community events and, eventually, to establish an affordable community kitchen, event space, and a food truck.
